I finished the Fast 5 on Thursday, and it did exactly what I anticipated – shed quite a bit of weight and shrunk my stomach. I mean – seriously shrunk my stomach, way smaller than I could have even imagined. The first day I ate the regular plan (I am doing the My Way Select Plan – Complete Women 1800) I was uncomfortably full.
